Dr. Aiman K. Shilad, MD
Founder & Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Aiman K. Shilad is a board-certified physician and recognized New Jersey Top Doctor with extensive experience in hormone health, fertility, and patient-centered care. As Chief Medical Officer of Vista Longevity & Wellness, he brings a deep clinical understanding of how hormonal balance impacts energy, performance, metabolism, and long-term health.
With a background rooted in reproductive medicine and endocrine health, Dr. Shilad has spent years helping patients navigate complex hormonal conditions, optimize function, and improve quality of life. His expertise spans testosterone management, metabolic health, and preventative wellness strategies designed to support men at every stage of life.
Known for his clear, practical approach, Dr. Shilad prioritizes education and transparency, ensuring every patient understands their health and treatment plan. He combines evidence-based medicine with modern telehealth delivery to create accessible, results-driven care tailored to each individual.
Dr. Shilad earned his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed advanced clinical training at both Yale School of Medicine and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He completed his residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and holds board certifications from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Joseph’s University and has further advanced his leadership and business acumen through executive education at the Yale School of Management.
